Apprentices learn to play drum-dances of the Ewe, Ga, Akan, and Ashanti ethnic groups, with instruments from Ghana or carved by master carver Joe Galeota. We partner with John Dankwa, Associate Professor of Music at Wesleyan University, at our drum workshops.
